Nice outdoor patio seating area with occasional breeze. Excellent staff: friendly and helpful. Felt safe staying in downtown Cabo San Lucas Area. Convenient location with a convenience store across the street. Friendly and helpful staff. Responsive to specific requests. Clean room with comfortable bed. Sufficient hot water for a good shower

Staff, Safety, Coffee. the hotel staff was the best asset of the hotel, as they were friendly and helpful. the hotel has a great location in the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city. Another positive aspect of the hotel was that they offered coffee in the morning for an extra charge, but when I needed coffee earlier, Maria at the front desk kindly provided me with a steaming cup. I felt safe and secure staying in this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was safe, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio which had a lovely breeze. We were also able to easily access transportation and parking.
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated their willingness to make accommodations, such as providing a cup of coffee in the morning or finding an extension cord for my shaver. the outdoor seating area was a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a breeze.
The room had some unpleasant odors, especially in the bathroom. noise levels were high due to the hotel's location in a heavily trafficked area.

This hotel is situated in a vibrant area with access to many amenities nearby. Guests can enjoy a comfortable room with friendly staff that make the stay worthwhile. Despite the bathroom emitting an odor, all the rooms are clean with enough hot water for a satisfying shower. Plus, guests can enjoy their morning coffee either in the hotel's own restaurant or simply walk across the street to a convenience store. the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need including an extension cord or a steaming hot cup of coffee.
The TV channels provided are limited, and the reception is poor in some cases.
